Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important:

1- You have the right to cancel this Agreement at any time up to the end of fourteen working days after the day on which we have received and accepted your application, subject to the following provisions.

2- You do not have the right to cancel the Agreement if our provision of our Services, including checking, filling or processing your application, begins with your express agreement before the end of the fourteen days cancellation period. By applying for the service you require on the Website you expressly agree that your right to cancel is restricted and not applicable once we have commenced performance of the services you have requested, and you acknowledge that these services may be provided immediately or very shortly after you order them on the Website.

4- Subject to your cancellation rights explained above you will not be entitled to any refund of monies paid to us in accordance with these Terms unless we have been unable to provide the Services to you, except where the fault does not lie with us or we are not given the opportunity to rectify the fault in order to subsequently provide the Services.

5- In the event that a discretional refund is agreed by us this will be subject to an administrative fee of £18.00 (inclusive of bank and refund processing fees).

6- Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Processing Times:

Your application will only be processed once the full payment amount has been received for the service requested. Our current processing time is three working days from when an application is paid for and received. This does not include any delays caused by you, due to lack of information provided and/or incorrect details, which may be needed to complete your application with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency . Refund Processing Time:

A cancellation or refund can take between fifteen to thirty working days, depending on when we received the funds from your bank. All cancellations and/or refunds will be sent back to the same payment method customer used to process his/her application.

Should a refund be issued, we will only refund the service fee. For fees that have already been paid to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency through GOV.UK as part of the application process can only be refunded by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency as per their refund policy.

Licence Apply (​​https://licencebrokerage.com) can not be held responsible for any delays or a refusal of a refund from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency , once an application has been processed.
